We use a CRM and automation platform to manage customer communications, appointment scheduling, automation workflows, email messaging, phone calls, and SMS communications. Through this platform, users may receive communications including:

• SMS messages
• Voicemail messages
• Appointment reminders
• Service notifications

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain updated contact information
• Use services lawfully
• Not misuse communications systems
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Payments & Billing

Clients retain ownership of their business content, logos, and materials provided to us.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS communications from Whittemore Solutions LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital, you agree to receive text messages related to our services.

Users may receive:

• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Marketing messages
• Follow-ups
• Customer support messages
• Onboarding communications

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 903-228-3849. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
